Welcome to Inigo, a social meditation network and mobile application operated by Inigo ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inigo mobile app (the "App") and the Inigo website available at https://inigo.now (the "Site", together the "Service"). By using Inigo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.

You may post reflections, photos, and experiences ("User Content"). By sharing such content, you grant Inigo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within Inigo to operate and improve the service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post your User Content and that it will not:
We may remove or restrict any content at our discretion, but we have no obligation to monitor User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content.
Inigo exists to cultivate quiet, kindness, and authentic connection. By participating, you agree to:

All materials, designs, code, and content related to Inigo are owned by Inigo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of Inigo without written permission.
Your privacy is important. Inigo uses secure third-party tools such as Firebase (for authentication and storage) and Django (for backend operations). We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers solely to operate the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected, stored, and used.
Inigo is an evolving prototype. You acknowledge that:
Meditation, breathwork, and related practices may cause emotional discomfort or physical sensations (such as lightheadedness). You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using Inigo and are responsible for your own wellbeing. If you experience discomfort, stop immediately and seek professional help if needed.
Inigo is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency service. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. No clinician-patient or professional relationship is created through your use of Inigo. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, user-generated content, or third-party service failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inigo's total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to Inigo in the last 12 months, or (b) 100 NIS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inigo, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Inigo relies on third-party service providers (such as Firebase, Apple, Google, and others) to operate the Service. Inigo is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of these third-party providers. Your use of certain features may be subject to additional terms from these providers.
Inigo shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or government actions.
You may stop using Inigo at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, disrupt others' experiences, or threaten the integrity of the platform.
These Terms may be updated as Inigo grows. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at https://inigo.now/terms. Your continued use of Inigo after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
