Terms of Service
How Inigo works, what you can expect from the Service, and what we ask from you in return.
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: To be completed
Welcome to Inigo
Welcome.
Inigo is a place for practice.
Whether you come to meditate, breathe, walk, reflect, or simply pause for a moment, our goal is to help you build a sustainable practice that supports everyday life.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how Inigo works, what you can expect from the Service, and what we ask from you in return.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Inigo, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
Who We Are
Inigo is currently owned and operated by Asaf Gadassi ("Inigo", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms apply to all parts of the Inigo ecosystem, including our website, mobile applications, Creator Studio, community features, and any related services we provide.
If ownership of the Service changes in the future, these Terms may be updated accordingly.
Definitions
To make these Terms easier to read, we use the following definitions:
- Service means the Inigo platform, including all applications, websites, Creator Studio, content, and related services.
- User means anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
- Content means text, reflections, Presence Moments, comments, reactions, images, videos, audio, guided sessions, profile information, and any other material made available through the Service.
- Creator means a user approved to publish content through Creator Studio.
- Community Content means any content shared with other users through Inigo.
Who Can Use Inigo
You may use Inigo only if:
- you are at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age required where you live;
- you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;
- your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
You may not use the Service if your access has previously been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
Your Account
Creating an account allows your practice, preferences, and progress to remain available across your devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- keep your credentials secure;
- notify us if you believe your account has been compromised;
- avoid sharing your account with others.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results directly from our own security failure.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the community, or the Service itself.

- breathing exercises;
- mindful walking;
- practice timers;
- reflections;
- Presence Moments;
- community interactions;

The Service will continue to evolve.
Features may be introduced, modified, replaced, or discontinued as we improve the experience.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a specific feature will always remain available.
Personal Wellbeing
Inigo is designed to support personal wellbeing.
It is not a healthcare provider.
The Service does not provide medical advice, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency services.
Content published by Inigo, Creators, or community members is intended for educational and wellbeing purposes only.
Always use your own judgment and consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical or mental health concerns.
If you experience physical discomfort, emotional distress, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or any concerning symptoms while practicing, stop immediately and seek appropriate professional assistance.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Community
Inigo exists because of the people who practice here.
We ask everyone to contribute with respect.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others;
- promote violence or hatred;
- publish illegal content;
- violate another person's privacy;
- impersonate another person;
- upload malware or harmful software;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
- intentionally spread misinformation that may endanger others;
- encourage self-harm or dangerous activities;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights.
We may investigate reports of misuse and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting visibility, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating access when necessary.
Whenever reasonably possible, moderation decisions will be made proportionately and in good faith.
Your Content
Your practice belongs to you.
The content you create remains yours.
By sharing content through Inigo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- host it;
- store it;
- reproduce technical copies;
- display it according to your sharing preferences;
- transmit it when necessary to operate the Service;
- improve and maintain the Service.
This license exists solely for operating and improving Inigo.
It does not transfer ownership of your work to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload everything you publish.
If you delete content, we will remove it from the active Service within a reasonable time. Backup copies may temporarily remain as part of standard security and disaster recovery procedures.
Privacy
Your privacy matters.
Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using Inigo, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Creator Studio
Some members of the Inigo community may be invited or approved to publish guided sessions or other content through Creator Studio.
Creator approval is granted at our discretion and may be reviewed or revoked at any time.
If you publish content as a Creator, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to publish it;
- your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
- your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws;
- any advice, guidance, or educational material you publish is presented honestly and responsibly.
Creators remain solely responsible for the content they publish.
Approval as a Creator does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with Inigo.
We may review, limit the visibility of, remove, or suspend Creator content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or may harm users or the community.
User Generated Content
Community content is one of the things that makes Inigo meaningful.
However, views expressed by users belong to those users.
Comments, reflections, Presence Moments, guided content published by independent Creators, and other community contributions do not necessarily represent the views of Inigo.
We are not responsible for opinions expressed by users.
We reserve the right—but not the obligation—to review, remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe that content published through Inigo infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate the matter.
Where appropriate, we may remove the content while the claim is being reviewed.
Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Acceptable Use
To help keep Inigo safe and reliable, you agree not to:
- use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service without our permission;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- distribute spam or deceptive content;
- use bots to artificially increase engagement;
- manipulate community metrics;
- upload malicious code or harmful software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where expressly permitted by law.
You also agree not to use Inigo in any way that could reasonably harm other users or the integrity of the Service.
Artificial Intelligence and Future Technologies
As Inigo evolves, certain features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies to improve the user experience.
Such features may assist with organization, recommendations, content discovery, summaries, or other wellbeing-related functionality.
Unless explicitly stated, AI-generated outputs are intended to support your personal practice and should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
Paid Features
Some parts of Inigo may become paid in the future.
These may include subscriptions, premium guided sessions, Creator tools, digital purchases, or additional features.
If paid services become available:
- pricing will always be presented before purchase;
- purchases processed through Apple or Google will also be subject to their respective platform terms;
- subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through the platform used to complete the purchase unless otherwise stated.
Introducing paid features does not automatically change these Terms, although material changes may require an updated version.
Feedback
We genuinely value ideas from our community.
If you choose to send us suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or feedback, you agree that we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.
This helps us continue building Inigo together.
Availability
We work hard to make Inigo reliable.
However, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
From time to time we may:
- perform maintenance;
- release updates;
- improve infrastructure;
- fix bugs;
- temporarily disable features.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of internet providers, cloud infrastructure, mobile platforms, payment providers, or other third-party services.
Software Updates
From time to time we may release updates to improve security, performance, reliability, or introduce new features.
Some updates may be required for continued access to parts of the Service.
Where technically possible, we aim to maintain backward compatibility, but older versions of the application may eventually lose support.
Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically.
These communications may include:
- account notifications;
- security alerts;
- updates to these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
- important information about the Service;
- transactional emails relating to your account.
Where required by law, marketing communications will always respect your communication preferences and applicable consent requirements.
Third-Party Services
Inigo integrates with trusted third-party providers to operate the Service.
These providers may include authentication services, cloud hosting, storage providers, analytics providers, notification services, payment processors, or other technical partners.
Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Whenever possible, we choose providers that share our commitment to privacy, security, and reliability.
Suspension and Termination
We hope you never have to leave Inigo.
You are free to stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:
- these Terms have been materially violated;
- the Service is being used unlawfully;
- your activity creates a significant risk to other users, the community, or the Service;
- fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior has occurred;
- we are required to do so by law.
Whenever reasonably possible, we will attempt to resolve issues before permanently restricting access.
Termination of your account does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
We built Inigo to support people in developing a consistent personal practice.
While we strive to provide a reliable and meaningful experience, the Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inigo and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you choose to use Inigo.
You agree to exercise reasonable judgment while participating in any practice, including breathing exercises, meditation, mindful walking, movement, or any future wellbeing activity offered through the Service.
You should never use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inigo and its owner from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising directly from:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful use of the Service;
- content you publish;
- your infringement of another person's rights.
Changes to the Service
Inigo will continue to evolve.
We may introduce new features, improve existing functionality, discontinue features, or modify parts of the Service as technology and user needs change.
Whenever possible, we will make these changes in a way that preserves the continuity of your experience.
Changes to These Terms
From time to time we may update these Terms.
Whenever we do, we will publish a new version together with its effective date.
If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
Previous versions may be retained for reference.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Contact
If you have questions about these Terms or about Inigo, you can contact us at:
- Email: inigomeditation@gmail.com
or through the contact options available on our website.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and Inigo regarding your use of the Service.
They replace any previous understandings relating to the same subject matter.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted, where possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original purpose.
No Waiver
If we choose not to enforce a particular provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
If ownership of Inigo changes in the future, we may transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations under them to the new owner as part of that transition.
Thank You
Thank you for choosing to practice with us.
Our hope is that Inigo becomes more than an application on your phone.
We hope it becomes a place you return to—not because you have to, but because it helps you slow down, reconnect, and remember what matters.
Thank you for being part of the Inigo community.
Practice Being Alive.
Return with ease.
